lrt apprentice / Crew LeadFrom fighting wildfires with the U.S. Forest Service to stepping up as a leader on our solar install crew, Gavin’s career has always involved helping the planet. His family helped build America’s railroad systems, and he is now laying the tracks for a sustainable future — bringing his technical expertise and proactive mindset to every installation.

CEoA solar industry veteran since 2015 (when he joined our sister company, EGT Solar), Rob brings a passion for clean energy and people-focused leadership to E2.
